What does Precision RX Telemed do?
We provide secure telemedicine evaluations for erectile dysfunction (ED). A licensed clinician reviews your health information and determines next steps. When clinically appropriate, a prescription may be issued—prescriptions are never guaranteed.
Do you treat anything besides ED?
Our current focus is evaluating ED and related concerns for adults, subject to clinician judgment and state regulations.
Which states do you serve?
We service the continental USA. Availability varies by state and may change depending on telemedicine and shipping regulations.
How long does it take to get started?
Most patients complete the intake in 2–4 minutes. A clinician then reviews your information and will follow up if a telehealth visit is needed before deciding on next steps.
Who qualifies & safety basics
Who may be eligible for ED treatment?
Eligibility depends on your health history, current medications, clinician assessment, and applicable laws. Not all patients will qualify for specific treatments. Individual outcomes vary.
Will I need a telehealth visit?
Sometimes. A clinician reviews your intake first and may schedule a telehealth visit if more information is needed to ensure safety and appropriateness.
Are there side effects?
Potential side effects vary by medication. Common effects may include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, or stomach upset. Seek emergency care for chest pain, sudden vision or hearing loss, or an erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism). Always follow your clinician’s instructions.
Do you prescribe to patients with heart conditions?
It depends on your situation. Always disclose your cardiac history, blood pressure issues, recent stroke/MI, and all medicines—especially nitrates or riociguat, which cannot be combined with certain ED treatments.
Trimix, sildenafil, tadalafil
What is TriMix?
TriMix is an individualized, compounded sterile injection (commonly including alprostadil, papaverine, and phentolamine) prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies. Formulations and strengths vary. Training is provided if prescribed.
Compounded Rx only Clinician-directed
Is TriMix FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies for individual patients when appropriate.
Can I use TriMix with sildenafil or tadalafil?
Do not combine therapies unless your clinician specifically advises. Combining treatments may increase risks.
How do sildenafil and tadalafil differ?
Both support blood flow for ED. Tadalafil generally has a longer duration for many patients. Your clinician will recommend dosing (as needed or daily, when appropriate) based on your health profile and goals.
