Our Telemedicine + Prescription Approach
We take a careful, compliant approach to telemedicine and prescribing. Here’s how it works:
Secure Patient Intake
You complete a confidential intake form where we gather your medical history, current medications, symptoms, and relevant lab values (if available).
Clinician Review & Evaluation
One of our licensed clinicians reviews your intake data. When indicated, we may schedule a follow-up telehealth session to clarify details or assess safety.
Prescription Decision
If therapy is deemed clinically appropriate and safe, a prescription may be issued. Prescriptions are never guaranteed and are subject to clinician judgment and state regulations.
Pharmacy Dispensing & Shipping
Prescriptions, when provided, are fulfilled by state-licensed pharmacies and shipped to you where permitted by law. We disclose pharmacy info per regulatory requirements.
