Clinical Policy

How we evaluate, prescribe, and follow up—rooted in safety, evidence, and clinician judgment across the continental USA.

1) Our Philosophy & Purpose

Precision RX Telemed delivers care grounded in evidence-informed medicine and clinician expertise. Our focus is sexual health and conditions that impact function and well-being. Every recommendation is guided by clinical data, patient safety, and professional judgment—not convenience or demand.

2) Treatment Eligibility & Oversight

All treatments are prescribed solely by U.S.-licensed clinicians practicing within their states of licensure. Eligibility is determined case-by-case after a valid clinician-patient relationship is established.

  • Comprehensive medical and lifestyle intake
  • Relevant labs when appropriate
  • Telehealth visit when needed to ensure safety and appropriateness

Medications or protocols are not provided on demand. Decisions prioritize safety, effectiveness, and clinical necessity.

3) Scope of Care

We treat

  • Erectile dysfunction and related sexual health concerns with identifiable clinical causes
  • Hormonal issues when clinically indicated (e.g., age-related androgen decline)
  • Metabolic contributors to vitality loss where supported by history/exam/labs

We do not treat

  • Athletic performance enhancement
  • Purely cosmetic or aesthetic goals
  • Body composition changes without clinical indication

4) Clinical Rationale for Function & Metabolism

When strength, energy, or body-composition concerns are addressed, the goal is improved healthspan and function—not aesthetics. Treatment is considered only with clinical justification (e.g., documented dysfunction, relevant findings, or labs).

5) Prescribing Protocols & Follow-Up

  • Initiation only after history, risk review, and—when indicated—labs and/or telehealth visit
  • Dosing and counseling individualized to patient needs
  • Ongoing care may require scheduled follow-ups, retesting, and reassessment
  • Therapy may be modified or paused if risks outweigh benefits or if no longer necessary

Compounded medications, when used, are prepared by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies and are not FDA-approved.

6) Ethics & Provider Independence

Clinical decisions are made independently by licensed clinicians, prioritizing patient safety and integrity. Providers are compensated for their professional services—not for prescription volume.

7) What We Don’t Provide

  • Emergency or urgent care services
  • On-the-spot prescriptions or medication dispensing
  • Treatment of acute infections or immediately life-threatening conditions

If you require immediate medical attention, call 911 or seek in-person care promptly.

8) Ongoing Review & Updates

We review and update this policy periodically to align with current standards, regulations, and best practices in telemedicine and sexual health. Material changes may be communicated during active care.
